Memorial Service for Ayatollah Hashemi Shahroudi in Qom
TEHRAN (IQNA) – A ceremony was held in the holy city of Qom, central Iran, to commemorate chairman of Iran’s Expedience Council Ayatollah Seyed Mahmoud Shahroudi who died on Monday.
The memorial service was held at the city’s Azam Mosque with a number of prominent religious figures and political officials in attendance.
