Nahj-ul-Balaqa Translated into Kyrgyz Language

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The book Nahj-ul-Balaqa was translated into the Kyrgyz language in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.

 

According to the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), the Iranian Cultural Center in Kyrgyzstan has had it translated.

It will be published in 352 pages by the Turar Publications in the near future.

Prominent Kyrgyz translator Irnis Asikulu has done the rendering from a Russian translation of the book.

The Nahj-ul-Balaqa is a collection of sermons, precepts, prayers, epistles and aphorisms of Imam Ali (AS) compiled by al-Sayyid al-Sharif al-Radi about one thousand years ago.

Kyrgyzstan is a Muslim majority country in Central Asia. Nearly 90 percent of the country’s population are followers of Islam.
