Vice-Chancellor, AIOU said that Quran is a complete code of life and full of scientific knowledge.
We need to learn about Islam, Quran and Science and honestly deliver it to next generation, he added.
He expressed his confidence that the nation can achieve its targets by following the Quran’s teaching.
It is, he said indeed the “chart of life” for every man, and it is the “constitution” of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.
He said we may always recite it and reflect upon its contents for achieving real success.
Dr Sangi said, no doubt that reciting Quranic verses, understanding them and listening to them in conscious will alter and rebuild a new personality.
Addressing on the occasion, Dr Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh, President of IIUI said that every word of Quran is a miracle and the holy book is an immense source of eternal success.
He said that International Islamic University would soon commence work on a centre for research on scientific aspects of Quran and Sunnah.
Judge Federal Shariat Court Justice Shehzado Shaikh delivered his detail lecture on “Quran and Science”.
Dr Ali Asghar Chishti, Dean, Faculty of Arabic and Islamic Studies, AIOU, Dr Moin-ud-Din Hashmi, Assistant Professor, Department of Haddith and Seerah, AIOU and other prominent scholars also spoke on the occasion.
