UAE Public Sector Holiday on Sunday to Mark Isra Wal Meraj

--The public sector in the UAE will get a one-day holiday on July 19 to mark Isra Wal Meraj, Prophet Mohammad's (PBUH) ascension to heaven.

According to a circular issued by Humaid Mohammad Obaid Al Qutami, Minister of Education and Chairman of the Federal Human Resources Authority, public sector employees will get a day off to celebrate the occasion.
The ministry congratulated UAE officals as well as Arab and Muslim nations.
