Indian Shias to Mourn Martyrdom Anniversary of Hazrat Zahra (SA)
-- On the occasion of martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (AS), a mourning ceremony will be held on May 6 at Gholam Askari Hall in Barabanki district, India.
The ceremony will begin with elegies to be performed by Masrur Mahmoudabadi on the martyrdom of the daughter of the holy prophet (PBUH).
The poets from among the Ahlul Bayt's (AS) devotees will read their poems on Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (SA) and Mowlana Abulghasem, lecturer of Allahabad University will present a speech about the lofty woman as another part of the program.
The people of the region hold the ceremony on the occasion every year wearing black cloths on the martyrdom to show their respect to Ahlul Bayt (AS).
