This is according to Gholam Ali Haddad Adel, a member of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution in Iran, who, speaking to IQNA, also said that so far University Jihad Institute has managed well to fulfill such obligation by inspiring the revolutionary spirit both in universities and academicians.
He went on to add that even though the country’s scientific progress has not been directly managed by the institute, it partly came with the approaches followed by the institute since the Islamic Revolution.
Haddad Adel described the Quranic activities of the institute in cultural domains and universities as successful.
The institute was established by the Supreme Headquarter of Cultural Revolution on August 6, 1980, following a command by the late founder of the Islamic Revolution Imam Khomeini (RA) to pursue goals of Iran’s Cultural Revolution.
