“The 10th Day” Published in English
A book entitled “The 10th Day” by Mohammad Mehdi Haji Parvaneh has been published in English by Alhoda International Publishing Company.
According to IQNA's ICRO branch, the book unfolds new aspects of Ashura, the day on which Imam Hussein (AS) and 72 of his companions were martyred in the land of Karbala.
It offers a novel and purposeful classification of reliable information and documentation about Imam's uprising and Ashura event.
In the introduction section of the book, the author mentions that his work is a small contribution to introducing a man about whose martyrdom the Holy Prophet (PBUH) once said, “His martyrdom lights a flame in believers’ hearts that will not quench until the end of the world.”
He notes that the life of Imam Hussein (AS) is a comprehensive model of a religious way of life which leads every family to the heaven.
Nader Amouzgar has rendered the book from Persian into English and has arranged it in 96 pages.
