According to IQNA’s branch in South Asia, the essays should be on the “Seerah and moral virtues of Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (SA) and Islam” or “women’s rights in view of the Holy Quran and Hadiths”.
“Women’s rights and religions in India”, “dignity of woman in Urdu language poems”, “woman and Hijab”, “Islam and the West” and “woman in media” have been announced as the other themes of the essays.
Those willing to attend the competition are required to send their works via email to avadhnamaday@gmail.com, by February 26.
The contest began on February 8 and top participants will be awarded at a ceremony on March 8.
