Imam Reza (AS) Special Issue Published in Sierra Leone

A special issue about Imam Reza (AS) was published in English language by the Iranian Cultural Center in Sierra Leone.

According to IQNA’s branch in Africa, the issue which is titled “Imam Reza (AS) at a Glance” was published on the occasion of birth anniversary of the eight infallible Imam (AS).
A summary of the Imam’s (AS) life and Seerah, why Ma’moon invited Imam Reza (AS) to Khorasan, the Imam’s (AS) travel to Khorasan, Hadith Selselat-ol-Dhahab, and why Imam Reza (AS) is called “Zamen” are some of the themes discussed in the issue.
The articles published in the issue also include Imam Reza’s (AS) Velayat Ahdi (successorship to the Caliphate) and the reasons behind it, Eid Al-Fitr prayer, Imam Reza’s (AS) scientific debates, scientific and medical heritage of Imam Reza (AS), his martyrdom, Mashhad; the land of miracles, holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) and virtues and advantages of his pilgrimage.
The points and teachings of some of the Hadiths narrated from Imam Reza (AS) have also been elaborated in the special issue.
The 14-page issue was distributed among scholars, intellectuals, university lecturers and students in Sierra Leone.
