Quranic Course Underway in Indonesia

TEHRAN (IQNA) - The Dar-ol-Quran Center of the Astan (custodianship) of Husseini holy shrine has organized “Hazrat Zahra (SA)” Quranic course in Jakarta, Indonesia.

 According to the website of the Astan, the course began on January 28 and will continue until February 6.

Principles of Quran recitation, Quran memorization methods and memorization of the 30th Juz (part) of the Holy Quran are among the themes of the course.
It is the first Quranic course held for female Quran teachers in the South East Asian country. 23 women from various religious institutes in the capital city of Jakarta and the nearby regions have taken the course.
Mohammad Baqer Al-Mansouri, general supervisor of the Quranic courses of the Astan in Indonesia, said that it is the second educational Quranic program implemented by the Dar-ol-Quran center’s branch in Indonesia.
The other program was the first edition of “Imam Hussein (AS)” Quranic course held for 23 Quran teachers of the country on January 6-20.
