TEHRAN (IQNA) – The world’s largest machine-made carpet which depicts the words “I love Mohammad” in 40 languages was donated to a charity organization in the holy city of Mashhad, northeast Iran.

The carpet, which had been unveiled in a ceremony in Tehran last month, also depicts the names of the    14 Infallibles.

Dubbed ‘Behesht’ (Heaven), it was designed and produced by Iranian experts at Saraye Abrisham Company in two months.

The carpet covers an area of 21 square meters, includes 10 different colors and depicts religious words and poems admiring the Holy Prophet of Islam.

In the middle, it shows a Hadith -a sayings of Prophet Muhammad (Blessings of God upon him and his progeny)- in Arabic, which says, "I was sent (to people as messenger of God) to complete the best of morals."

Mohammad Mehdi Rouhani, an official with Saraye Abrisham, said the carpet was made with the aim of promoting the message of Islam, defending Islamic sanctities and enhancing religious unity.
