Seminar on Scientific Miracle of Quran Held in Egypt
According to Al-Ahram website, the program was held in cooperation with the Awqaf Office of Al-Gharbia Governorate in line with the university’s programs on "innovation in religious dialogue”.
Muhammad Zab’un, vice-president of the university in social services and environment development, said that the scientific miracle of Quran in the role of chemistry in creation and its influence on human and different aspects of life was the main theme of the seminar.
The interpretation of the verse 25 of Surah Al-Hadid (the iron) "We have already sent Our messengers with clear evidences and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that the people may maintain [their affairs] in justice. And We sent down iron, wherein is great military might and benefits for the people, and so that Allah may make evident those who support Him and His messengers unseen. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.” was also discussed in the program.
The scientific program was attended by a number of imams of mosques affiliated to the Endowments Office and Ibrahim Salim, professor of the Sciences Faculty of the university, presented speeches in the seminar.
