Hazrat Abbas (AS) Holy Shrine Hosts Quranic Session

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The holy shrine of Hazrat Abbas (AS) in Karbala, Iraq, hosted a Quran recitation session on the third day of “Rabi’-ul-Shahadah” international festival in Iraq.

According to Al-Kafeel website, the program was organized at Bab-ul-Qiblah Section of the holy shrine by the Quran Teaching Center affiliated to the holy shrine’s Astan (custodianship).

Mohammad Hassan Jo’an, Ali Al-Sa’idi and Seyyed Husnayn Al-Hulw, internationally known Iraqi Qaris, recited some verses of the Holy Quran in the session.

Alireza Goudarzi, Iranian Qari of the holy shrine of Hazrat Abdul Azim Hasani (AS), was the other Quran reciter in the program.

It concluded with an Ibtihal (supplication) performance by Alireza Baqeri.
