According to IQNA’s branch in Pakistan, Hojat-ol-Islam Ahmad Kazimi, an organizer of the seminar, said that the program’s objective was to get the youth and teenagers more acquainted with the status of woman in Islam and the Islamic teachings about women.
He added that the Holy Quran is the best reference which has clarified women’s rights and duties.
He further highlighted some of the aspects of Hazrat Zahra’s (SA) life and noted that the Seerah of the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) daughter is the best example for girls and women.
The responsibilities of women in today’s world and the important role they can play in cultural fields were the other themes discussed in the seminar on June 16.
