Iran Preparing for Muharram, Month of Mourning
TEHRAN (IQNA) – As the lunar month of Muharram, the month when Shia Muslims hold mourning ceremonies for the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS) and his companions in the Battle of Karbala (680 A.D.), people in Iran are getting prepared for the mourning rituals.
