According to the website of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), the closing ceremony of the program was attended by a number of Iranian and Pakistani figures and Quran activists.
Addressing the program, Hojat-ol-Islam Dhakir Hussein, a seminary lecturer in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, thanked the Iranian Culture House for holding the educational course, saying that it has helped to enhance the skills of Quran teachers taking the course.
He described it as a source of pride for Iran that, following the victory of the Islamic Revolution, it has succeeded to train top Quran experts and Qaris.
Also speaking in the ceremony was Ali Aqanuri, head of the Iranian Culture House in Rawalpindi, who said the center tries to disseminate the Quranic culture and develop Quranic skills of the teachers by holding such courses.
The closing ceremony also included Quran recitations by Iranian and Pakistani Qaris and later in the program, the participants in the course received certificates of attendance.
