ISLAMABAD (IQNA) – A course on Quranic concepts and contemplating the Holy Quran started in Quetta, Pakistan, earlier this week.

The city’s Alamadar Cultural Academy has launched the course for school and university students.

Lessons in the month-long program are taught by Hojat-ol-Islam Shubair Saeedi.

The classes are held every evening starting at 7:30.

According to the academy’s officials, the course is aimed at promoting Quranic sciences and teaching Quranic concepts to the younger generation.

It has been received well by university and school students in the city.

Pakistan is a Muslim-majority country in South Asia. Over 97 percent of the country’s population is Muslim.
