According to Qaaf news agency, it was opened in a ceremony held at the mosque after Friday prayers.
Following recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Hossein Amiri, winner of the first rank in Hamburg international Quran contest, custodian of Imam Ali (AS) Mosque delivered a speech in which he elaborated on the objectives of the center.
The center, among other programs, will hold courses on Quran recitation, Tajweed principles, memorization, interpretation and reflection on the Quran.
All the courses will be supervised by senior Quran experts.
The Imam Ali (AS) Mosque was inaugurated in the Danish capital city in September 2015.
With an area of 2100 square meters, it is the largest Shia mosque in the European country.
