TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Dar-ol-Quran Center of the Astan (custodianship) of Imam Hussein’s (AS) holy shrine plans to translate Quranic books into different languages.

Sheikh Hassan Mansouri, director of the center, said that the experts of the center have worked to select the most important Quranic educational books to be translated for different age groups.

Having organized various Quranic courses and activities in different countries, the experts found that there is a need to more Quranic sources for non-Arabic speaking Muslims, he added.

Mansouri said that the books will be translated mostly into English, French, Persian, Indonesian and some other languages which have a large number of speakers in the world.

He also introduced one of the books recently published by the center which includes 40 Quranic projects conducted by the center over the past 10 years.
