Yemeni Author of Quranic Books Passes Away
TEHRAN (IQNA) – A Yemeni scholar and author of Quranic books has died, Sabanet news website reported.
Abdul Rahman Abdullah Hassan bin Yahya Hadi was a prominent scholar of Islamic and Quranic studies.
His books on Quranic and Islamic themes included “An Introduction to the Science of Tajweed” and “Major Issues regarding Worshipping and Tawheed (monotheism).
He was also a keen activist in social and political fields and made a lot of efforts to enhance unity in Yemen, especially in Saada province.
Saleh al-Samad, head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, in a message expressed condolences over the death of the scholarly figure.
