Special Quranic Program Planned in Sweden
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Mohammad Mahdi Haqguyan, an Iranian memorizer of the entire Quran, will attend a special Quranic program on April 12 at the Imam Ali (AS) Islamic Center in Stockholm, Sweden.
According to the center, the program will be a part of the mourning ceremony marking the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa Kadhim (AS), the seventh infallible Imam, which falls on the 15th day of the lunar Hijri month of Rajab.
The 19-year-old is the first Iranian Quran memorizer who can recite verses of the Quran in 74 different styles.
He has also mastered Quran interpretations such as Al-Mizan, Majma’-ul-Bayan, Ruh-ol-Ma’ani and Kashshaf.
Hojat-ol-Islam Rastgu, an Iranian cleric, will present a speech in the program, which will begin at 7 p.m. local time.
