Iranian Quranic Group in Pakistan for Laylat Al-Qadr

TEHRAN (IQNA) – An Iranian Tawasheeh group named “Thaqalayn” will perform special programs on Laylat Al-Qadr (the nights of power) in different parts of Pakistan.

According to the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), the group will be dispatched by the organization’s International Propagation Center in cooperation with the Iranian Cultural Center in Islamabad.

Tawasheeh performance and Quran reading are among the programs of the group during the second half of the holy month of Ramadan at different mosques and Islamic centers of the South Asian Islamic country.

Peshawar, Rawalpindi and Lahore are among the cities which will host the Iranian Quranic group’s programs for 10 days.

Laylat Al-Qadr is considered the holiest night of the year for Muslims and is believed to fall either on the 19^th, 21^st, 23^rd or 27^th day of Ramadan.
