Prominent Egyptian Quran Teacher Dies of Heart Attack

TEHRAN (IQNA) – An eminent Quran teacher in Egypt died yesterday after suffering a heart attack.

  

Sheikh Mustafa Raghib was a memorizer of the entire Quran and taught Quran memorization in the city of Banha in the Arab country’s Qalyubia Governorate.

According to akhbarelyom.com, his funeral will be held after noon prayers in his home village near Banha.

Mustafa Raghib started learning the Quran by heart at an early age and managed to memorize the entire Holy Book in a short time.

He was a graduate of Al-Azhar University in the field of Hadith sciences.

He taught Quran memorization at the Quha center affiliated to Al-Azhar.

Mustafa Raghib also recited the Quran with a beautiful voice imitating the style of prominent Egyptian Qari Sheikh Mahmoud Khalil Hasri.
