Students Quran Competition Planned in Cairo

TEHRAN (IQNA) – A Quran memorization competition has been planned for students at the University of Cairo, Egypt.

  

According to Al-Watan website, the university’s General Office for Supporting the Youth announced that the contest will include five categories.

The participants will compete in the memorization of 30, 20, 15, 10 and 5 Juzes (parts) of the Quran with observation of Tajweed principles and Quran interpretation.

The Quranic event will be organized from November 11 to 15.

The first to the third rank winners will be respectively awarded 500, 450 and 400 Egyptian pounds.
