Graduation Ceremony of Quran Memorizers in Syria’s Idlib
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The graduation ceremony of a number of Quran memorizers in Syria’s Idlib province was held on Tuesday.
According to al-Diyar website, 26 memorizers of the Quran celebrated their graduation at the ceremony.
It was held at the mosque of Atta Village on the outskirts of the city of Idlib.
Aged between 13 and 35, they managed to learn the entire Quran by heart in less than 4 months.
Their family members and a number of local officials were also present at the ceremony.
Quranic activities continue in Syria despite years of civil war in the Muslim majority Arab country in the Middle East.
