Leader Condoles Deaths of University Students

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei issued a message of condolences over the deaths of a number of university students in a bust crash in Tehran.

The Leader issued the message following the heartbreaking event on Tuesday of passing away of the students of the Islamic Azad University, Research and Sciences Unit.

 Follwing is Ayatollah Khamenei’s message:

In the Name of God, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful,

The tragic accident which resulted in the demise of eight dear university students and injured some others is extremely sorrowful and heartbreaking.

I express my empathy with their families and the whole of the academic community, and I express my condolences to the family members of these dear students. I ask Allah the Great to bestow recovery on the injured and blessings on the grieving families.
