Quran, Social Health Int’l Conference Rescheduled

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The first international conference on “Quran and Social Health” will be held in the central Iranian city of Isfahan in April 2020.

 

The conference had been planned to be held in early March next year but was rescheduled to April 15.

The University of Quran and Etrat in Isfahan will host the scholarly event, which will be organized with the cooperation of a number of other academic centers, including Imam Sadiq (AS) University, Al-Mustafa International University, and Qom University of Religions.

The deadline for submitting abstract papers is November 21, 2019 and full papers should be sent to the secretariat of the conference not later than January 10, 2020.

The conference aims to discuss a model of healthy humans and society based on Quranic and religious guidelines.

It also seeks to explicate and promote the components of social health in view of the Quran.
