Hojat-ol-Islam Ali Mohammad Rezaee, head of Dar-ol-Quran organization in central province of Yazd in a talk to IQNA said that the holy Quran and the infallible household of the holy prophet of Islam are interwoven and inseparable, so holding mourning ceremonies for the beloved grandson of the great prophet of Islam should be aimed at familiarizing the younger generations with the lofty teachings of the holy Quran.

Emphasizing on the necessity of linking mourning ceremonies with the holy Quran, he said, "narrating Quranic Hadiths and sayings from Imam Hossein and Ahl-ol-Beit(AS) ,along with interpreting some verses of the holy Quran about the necessity of uprising against oppression and corruption can realize this objective."

Answering a question that why some of the Quran reciters lined with Yazid commanders to confront Imam Hossein, Hojat-ol-Islam Rezaee said, "they were drowned in transient worldly pleasures and the love of the worldly assets turned them to deaf and blind people who could curse and kill the beloved grandson of the holy prophet of Islam(PBUH)."
