Imam Khamenei Meets Members of High Council of Seminaries
Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Imam Khamenei held a meeting with a number of the members of the high council of seminaries across the country in Tehran on Wednesday.
During the meeting, Imam Khamenei emphasized the need for the promotion of morality and spirituality among seminary students.
His Eminence also stated that the council should devise plans to improve education standards in seminaries.
He further pointed to the sublime position of the council in training and educating seminary students who would create a difference, underscoring the need for focusing on brining about developments in these schools.
Stressing that the top agenda of seminary schools is to train and educate jurisprudents, Imam Khamenei said introducing such scholarly areas as philosophy and rhetorics too should be taken into consideration.
