Izadi Appointed New Chief of Iran’s Quran Radio

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Mojtaba Izadi was named the new director of Iran’s Quran Radio.

In a decree, Hamid Shahabadi, the deputy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) appointed Izadi as the head of the radio channel.

He called on Izadi to work for production and broadcast of programs aimed at promotion of Quranic teachings and the Quranic style of life.

Izadi replaced Ahmad Abolqassemi, a prominent reciter of the Holy Quran who served in the post since April 2017.
