Online Quran Teaching in Kuwait
According to Al-Ray newspaper, the head of the Women Association affiliated to Kuwait’s Manabir Quranic Society said the course was held on June 10 and 11.
“Innovative Tools in Quran Memorization” was the title of the course, attended by more than 1300 girls and women from Kuwait and other countries.
She noted that the period of quarantine due to the coronavirus is the best opportunity for memorizing the Holy Quran’s verses.
The association aims to promote the Quranic teachings and virtues among women of the society and tries to encourage and support them to learn and memorize the Quran, she added.
It has also organized its fifth summer Quran course since June 14. It will continue for two months.
She also said that some 290 students have so far registered for an intensive Quran memorization course planned to be held by the association and the number of participants at different Quranic programs of the association is increasing.
