Egyptian Qari Recites Quran While Wearing Mask (+Video)

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Renowned Egyptian Qari Abdul Fattah Taruti has recited the Quran wearing a face mask.

A video of his recitation has been released in social media by the Islamic Center Hamburg.

In this clip, he recites verses from Surah al-Rum (30^th chapter) of the Holy Quran.

Taruti and others present during the recitation are wearing masks due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Egypt has seen an acceleration of new coronavirus cases in recent weeks, with infections confirmed by the health ministry surging to 63,923, including 2,708 deaths.
