Friday Prayers Allowed at Uzbek Mosques from Sept 4

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Friday prayers will restart in mosques in Uzbekistan as of September 4.

Masks are mandatory for worshippers attending the prayers, akipress.com reported. The mosques should be regularly disinfected.

Temperature of visitors will be tested at the entrance.

Safe distance should be maintained between visitors.

Uzbekistan plans to reopen movie theaters, theaters and amusement parks since September 5.

Back in mid-August, Muslims gathered in mosques across Uzbekistan for first congregational prayers after introduction of mosque closures due to the coronavirus pandemic.
