Shahat Anwar Recites Verses from Surah Al-Hadid (+Video)

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Renowned Egyptian Qari Mahmoud Shahat Anwar recently recited verses from the Holy Quran in a religious event in his country.

In this footage, recorded at the event, he recites verses 2 and 3 of Surah al-Hadid: “To Him belongs the Kingdom in the heavens and earth. It is He who revives and causes to die, and He has power over all things. He is the First and the Last, the Clear and the Hidden. He has knowledge of all things.”

Al-Hadid is the 57th Surah of the Quran with 29 verses. It takes its name from the word Hadid (iron) which appears in the 25th verse.

Al-Hadid is an Al-Musabbihat Surah because it begins with the glorification of Allah.
