Iranian Expert Teaching at Quranic Workshop in Iraq

TEHRAN (IQNA) – A workshop has been organized in the holy city of Karbala, Iraq, to enhance the Quranic skills of a number of Quranic elites of the country.

Iranian Quran expert Mehdi Daqaqeleh is among the instructors at the workshop.

It began on Wednesday at the holy mausoleum of Imam Hussain (AS) and will run until Monday.

The workshop, which features lessons on Quran memorization and Sawt (melodious voice) and Lahn (rhythm) in recitation of the Quran, aims to elevate the Quranic skills of the participants.

Some 40 Quran memorizers and reciters from different parts of Iraq are attending the workshop.

Mehdi Daqaqeleh is a veteran Iranian Quranic figure and Quran recitation expert.
