Quran Courses Re-Open at Brunei Mosques

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Mosques and religious centers in Brunei will resume Al-Quran classes as the situation with COVID-19 pandemic has improved.

 

The Mosque Affairs Department at the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) announced the re-opening of Al-Quran and Muqaddam classes every Friday at mosques, suraus and religious halls nationwide starting this week.

Parents and guardian are reminded to ensure that their children follow the standard operating procedures as safety measures against COVID-19.

Brunei is a sovereign state located on the north coast of the island of Borneo in Southeast Asia.

Islam is Brunei's official religion and nearly 80 percent of the population is Muslim.
