7th Gathering of Quranic Activists of Tehran Slated for October 18

-- The 7th gathering of the Quranic activists of Tehran province will be held on Monday, October 18 at Imam Sadeq Mosque.
It will be organized by the Quran Culture House with the aim of honoring the city’s Quranic figures and discussing creation of an association of Quranic activists.
Quran masters, reciters, and memorizers as well as Tawasheeh (religious songs) groups will be present at the gathering.
5 Quran master will be honored during the event for their life-time service to the holy Quran. They will receive certificates of honor as well as Bahar-e Azadi gold coins.
One of the city’s prominent preachers is to deliver a speech at the gathering on the lofty status of the holy Quran and the need for acting upon its teachings.
Imam Sadeq (AS) Mosque is located at Palestine Square in Tehran.
