Quran Experts to Be Honored at 9th Edition of Tehran Quran Reciters Forum

-- In its 9th session set to be held at Imam Sadigh (AS) mosque on Monday, Dec 20, Tehran Quran Reciters Forum plans to honor 5 Holy Quran experts.
Leila Akbaripour, director of Quran Culture House’s Public Relations, said that Tehran Quran Reciters Forum was set up with the purpose of honoring Quranic activists of the city. “In each session 5 Quran experts are honored for their involvement in the promotion of Quranic culture. Mansoureh Rahimi, Sedigheh Kermani, Jaber Jalili, Ahmad Shoureshi, and Ahmad Moradi are the ones to be honored during the upcoming session,” she said.

Else where she added that a Hossein Eghbali Nasab would give a speech regarding the positive impact of the Noble Quran from psychological perspective. Winners of surat Saba contest will also be awarded.

The session, set to be held following Maghrib and Isha prayer, begins with the recitation of the Holy Quran verses by Mostafa Ghadiani. Ahmad Abolghasemi, an Iranian Quranic figure, will attend the event and recite some verses of the holy Quran too.

Admission is reportedly free to every one willing to attend the session, organized to be held at Imam Sadigh mosque, located at Palestine square, Tehran.
