Quranic Community Joins Other People in Int’l Quds Day Rallies
On the occasion of international Quds Day, Quranic community of Tehran Province will attend the rallies to show its support for the Palestinian people as well as its hatred of the Zionist regime.
Rahim Ghorbani, a Quran activist of the province told IQNA that regarding the characteristics of the occasion and the important role of the community in this respect, a committee has been formed for coordinating the participation of the community in the programs on Friday.
He said that representatives from various organizations, institutes and public and governmental Quranic centers of the province including the Quran Radio, Quran TV, Iranian Students Quranic Activities Organization and International Quran News Agency will be present at the committee.
“The exact site for gathering of Quranic activists of the province on the day will be specified at a meeting to be held today, August 24.”
He noted that the gathering site will probably be the Palestine Square where special programs will be held by Quranic institutes.
