He said the organization’s activities begin with Quran reading courses for the staff and their families but it does not stop there and goes further to include Quran interpretation and interdisciplinary Quranic studies, too.
He hailed the staff’s interest in the first Mi’raj Quran Festival and said the festival aimed to identify Quranic talents among the staff and their families.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Hojat-ol-Islam Taqavi stressed that the only way for humanity to overcome problems is resorting to the Holy Quran.
The Mi’raj Festival was held in the central city of Yazd on November 22-23. It included a competition section in the categories of Quran memorization, recitation, Tarteel, interpretation, and translation.
