Islamic Books Best-Selling at Dakar Int’l Book Fair
Books on teaching prayers, Quran memorization and religious principles were the best-selling at the 13th international book fair of Dakar (FILDAK).
According to aps website, officials of the exhibition announced that books with topics on Islam, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence among followers of different Islamic sects as well as other monotheistic faiths were very well received at the exhibition.
There were also books on the life of the holy prophet (PBUH), teaching prayers and unity among Muslims in different countries presented at the book fair.
The Quranic and religious books were so well received in previous editions of the exhibition that the organizers decided to call this year’s exhibition “Divine Book” and decorate the venue with Quranic images.
