The Association of Grassroots Quranic Institutes (AGQI) is committed to training 100,000 memorizers of the 30th Juz (part) of the Quran.
The AGQI managing director Mohammad Anjom-Shoa told IQNA that the Quran memorization programs will be held in summer season when there is much demand for Quranic courses.
Anjom-Shoa noted that 1300 Quranic institutes and 2000 rural Quranic houses will participate in holding the programs.
He added that the memorization courses are held along with the 1446 National Quranic Plan.
According to Anjom-Shoa, the national plan is jointly implemented by the Quran TV and the country’s Quranic institutes.
He expressed hope that the Quranic community will be able to present an acceptable report on the implementation of the plan, in its annual meeting with the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution imam Khamenei in the holy month of Ramadan.
