Int’l Quran Expo Policy-Making Council Holds Meeting
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The first meeting of the Tehran International Quran Exhibition’s policy-making council was held in Tehran on Tuesday.
Iranian Culture Ministry’s Quran and Etrat Deputy Abdol Hadi Feqhizadeh chaired the meeting, which discussed issued related to organizing the next edition of the expo.
The exhibition is annually organized by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in the holy month of Ramadan.
It is aimed at promoting Quranic concepts and developing Quranic activities.
The exhibition showcases the latest Quranic achievements in the country as well as a variety of products dedicated to the promotion of the Holy Book.
In the past few years, the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayer hall) in the capital hosted the expo and it is likely to host the next edition in 2020 as well.
