Islamic Humanities Int’l Conference to Kick Off in Tehran Tomorrow

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Tehran will host the sixth edition of the international congress on Islamic humanities, starting on Sunday.

Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf will address the opening ceremony tomorrow.

The IRIB International Conference Center (IICC) will host the opening ceremony.

The weeklong scholarly event will include discussions in 16 specialized commissions, such as management of humanities development, Islamic rights, Islamic economics, Islamic-Iranian model of development, Quran and humanities, new Islamic civilization, Islamic politics, Islamic arts and Islamic management.

Scholars, researchers and thinkers from Iran and a number of other countries will present their papers and deliver speeches at the international congress.

Tehran also hosted the last edition of the congress in 2019.
