IQNA – A member of the Yemeni Ansarullah movement’s political bureau said contradictions in American remarks demonstrate that Yemen has evolved into an influential power.

Mohammed Al-Farah said Yemen has become such an influential power that the United States is compelled to factor it into its calculations, and is unable to overlook its capabilities and impact on regional dynamics.
Al-Farah posted on his personal X account highlighted the contradictory statements made by “Trump the criminal”.
He explained that the rapid, successive repetition of these conflicting statements makes it difficult to discern Trump's true stance or predict the path the US administration will take regarding the Yemen file.
He noted that, regardless of what Trump ultimately declares in practice, this inconsistency helps clarify a fundamental truth about the current reality in Yemen.
The US president's words can be interpreted from two different angles, both leading to the same conclusion, he said.
He explained that if one assumes the statements by Trump are accurate, they amount to an admission that Yemen possesses independent decision-making authority and does not act as an arm or proxy for any foreign party.
Al-Farah added that if the statements are incorrect, they reveal a different reality: that Yemen has become an influential power that the United States must factor into its calculations, unable to ignore its capabilities and impact on regional dynamics.

He went on to say that both scenarios lead to the same conclusion: Yemen now possesses the power of independent decision-making and the ability to assert its presence in US calculations.
He attributed this achievement to divine grace, noting that contradictions in American statements do not negate the evolution of Yemen’s standing in regional equations; rather, these contradictions highlight the difficulty of ignoring Sana'a in regional affairs, as any US calculation must now take Yemen's position and capabilities into account.
