Applying Quranic Teachings Eradicates Socials Ills: Rafsanjani
Following the path highlighted by Holy Quran will surely set a ground to tackle social ills and problems.
Ayatoollah Hashemi Rafsanjani , Former Iranian president and current head of Iran’s Expediency Council saying this added , having the today world requirements in mind , it is incumbent upon us all to introduce the eternal teachings of holy Quran to the new generation and to see this happen we ought to apply new methods and means.
Former president who was addressing the participants in the National Quranic Research Conference jointly held by Seminary & University officials also said : the best possible way to get to know God almighty and unite with heaven is surely through the Holy Quran.
“Indeed Quran is the panacea and cure for so many social ills that cripple societies and lead to corruption of the youth But applying the glorious teachings of Quran to today’s world requires innovation and know-how.” Said Head of EC.
Rafsanjani concluded that Holy Quran is an invaluable and impeccable document that belongs to all mankind and surely it is a source of pride and dignity to Muslim Ummah that despite other holy scriptures Quran has Not been subject to distortion.
At the end of this gathering head of the Expediency Council acknowledged some activists and researchers in the conference and presented certificates to them.
