'Concept of Management in Holy Quran' Confab Held
--A conference featuring 'Concept of Management in Holy Quran' was held Tuesday, May 27, in Iran Medical Sciences University in Tehran.
Dr. Ruhollah Heidarzadeh, member of Imam Hossein University's academic board, said at the conference that Almighty God has identified two sources of guidance for management and leadership of human-being, namely wisdom- the inner guide and revelation- outside guide.
"Actually, the inner guide protects humans from the fire of Hell and the outside guide leads them to salvation in Heaven," he stated.
Dr. Heidarzadeh stressed that wisdom and revelation are not opposing, but they are rather complementary.
He also referred to Verse 64 of Sura Al-Waqia and discussed a number of management points mentioned in the Sura.
The conference on 'Concept of Management in Holy Quran' was one in a series of academic sessions organized by the Quran and Management Center of the University Jihad Organization.
