Lorestan to Host Nat’l Conference on Imam Ali's (AS) Tradition

-- The second national conference on Alawi Tradition (Seerah of Imam Ali (AS)) will be held at Lorestan University on March 1, scientific secretariat of the conference said.
According to Seyyed Mohsen Hosseini, Imam Ali’s (AS) tradition in management, politics and economy, Imam Ali (AS) and Islamic unity, status of people in Alawi government, the Imam’s (AS) moral tradition and his worship of God, extravagance and the perfect human in his view, his character, reflection of Alawi tradition in Persian and Arabic literature and examples and principles of Wilayi (based on divine authority) system of government in Imam Ali’s (AS) point of view are the major themes of the program.
Inviting all interested authors and researchers to take part at the conference, the secretariat announced February 4 as the deadline for sending abstracts and papers in full, adding that a collection of selected papers will be published and distributed at the conference.
“University lecturers, scholars and intellectuals as well as experts in various fields of humanities, history, Persian literature, political sciences, management, psychology, sociology, and Islamic theology from Iran and other countries are welcomed to send their papers to the conference,” Hosseini said.
