According to Khamenei.ir website, the ceremonies begin tonight, April 22 after Magrib and Isha prayers. They will continue for five days until April 26.
The Imam Khomeini (RA) Hosseinya (religious center) in Tehran’s Azarbaijan Street will host the events.
Each night a speaker (Hojat-ol-Islams Panahian, Sediqi, Khatami, Aali, and Hajali-Akabari) will talk about the life and character of the beloved daughter of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and then elegists (Meysam Motiee, Mohammad Reza Taheri, Mahmoud Karimi, Seyyed Majid Banifatemeh and Mehdi Salahshour) will recite elegies to commemorate the anniversary.
On the first night (tonight), Quran reciter Mehdi Adeli is to recite verses from the Holy Quran.
The ceremonies are open to the public.
