University Jihad’s Achievements, Testament to Capability of Muslims, Efficiency of Religion
Supreme Leader’s advisor Gholam Ali Haddad Adel said the achievements of the University Jihad are a testimony to the capability of Muslims and efficiency of religion.
He made the remark in the opening ceremony of the Exhibition of University Jihad’s Achievements, adding that the accomplishments prove that with religion one can rule, make a revolution, progress and advance affairs.
Haddad Adel pointed out that “Independence, Freedom, and the Islamic Republic”, which was the slogan of the Islamic Revolution, has remained a powerful slogan in the country.
He said the Iranian nation has gained independence with the leadership of Imam Khomeini (RA) and now the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, underlining that independence is the key to conquering all peaks of development.
The MP said scientific development is part of the Islamic Revolution, adding “if our revolution is Islamic, so should be our scientific endeavors.”
He referred to the country’s progress in nuclear technology and said, “Once we could not imagine gaining the ability of nuclear enrichment but today 800,000 people use radio-pharmaceuticals.”
Haddad Adel described the University Jihad as a brilliant star in the star-filled sky of the Islamic Revolution, underlining that its researchers and personnel work not only for the Islamic Iran but for all Muslims.
The exhibition, which is underway in Goftegu Park in Tehran, displays over 300 top achievements of the University Jihad in the fields of education, research, culture and job creation. It is open to public from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. everyday until December 20.
